The main challenge presented by this Condo Project Bathroom renovation was updating the materials and fixtures while maintaining to look of the original 1920's architecture.

 Features an upgraded new dual flush toilet & new pedestal sink where the new faucets were adapted to fit original plumbing and the  original floor tile was repaired. To maintain the look the original 300lbs cast iron bathtub was removed and refinished including new chrome legs. . All walls finished in Subway Tile , original Vanity mirror frame was refinished and all moldings were striped and refinished to complete the look.
